By using a credit card/Debit Card to pay for our services, you confirm that the card being used is yours. Your account will be activated only after the successful completion of the initial transaction. Once your transaction has been completed, you will receive a confirmation of your transaction from tradedaddy.co.in for the initial and subsequent payments. The notice should be sent to tradedaddy.co.in in writing or via email and the same will be affected within a minimum period of 7 days of the receipt of the request.

The Company will not be responsible for any delays, which are beyond its control. tradedaddy.co.in shall not be responsible for any fraudulent or disputed transactions. In case of a dispute regarding the transaction through your credit card/Debit Card the same must be resolved by you directly with your Credit Card/Debit Card issuer.
